International sideshow femme fatale

and aerialist, Frances Widow is the

"Alt Circus Rebel" of  the cabaret world.

A new face on the cabaret circuit, but not to performing, Frances brings her own unique blend of sideshow, dance, and obscure talents to the stage. Having performed nationally, and internationally over her career, she specialises in; aerial chains, bed of nails, glass-walking, body stapling, piercing lifts, and her own creation of hammer rope-dart.

Having graduated with a BPA (Hons) from Northern School of Contemporary Dance in 2006, she went on to train in circus at Greentop Circus Centre. For the following 14 years she continued to learn on the job whilst building her career as a dance-circus artist, before redirecting her work into sideshow, in 2022, and taking the cabaret scene by storm.

Frances also produces alternative sideshow cabaret, Widow's Rock n Rollium, which debuted to a full house in Brighton Spiegeltent as part of Brighton Fringe 2023.

An accomplished performer with a varied career, Widow’s performed at some of the largest outdoor events internationally; including London’s Cultural Olympiad with STREB (NYC), Capital of Cultural events, in Paphos and Valletta, with Walk The Plank, and has toured Circus Theatre shows, Outdoor Circus work, and Operas; with but not limited to Opera North, The Invisible Circus, Citrus Arts, Pif Paf Theatre, and Nofit State Circus. She has also performed at some of the UK's biggest festivals including; Glastonbury and Boomtown.

Aside from performing, she has toured her sell out aerial chains workshops across the UK, and has worked as a costume dresser for tv / film, opera, and pantomine.

A dancer before releasing her

inner freak, Widow's performances are a slickly choreographed dance of pain.
